Rapid mapping and control systems of coastal and marine territory

The START project has as its main objective the creation of tools for the protection of the Apulian coasts, coastal erosion phenomena evaluation and the development of environmental/maritime security services and integrated management of the harbors. The developed prototype will consist of products and services that will allow the early warning and rapid mapping of extreme phenomena along the Apulian coasts (eg. storm surges), coastal erosion vulnerability evaluation and Apulia coasts flooding and the support to decisions of integrated management of harbors.
